Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Since most of our toys are handcrafted to order, we need time to fabricate each unique toy for you: orders are dispatched within 2 weeks. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. If you are ordering for a special event, please contact us and we will inform you on product's availabilities and will try to accommodate timings. 

LOCAL DELIVERY (GENEVA)

Free delivery on orders over CHF 100.00. Flat rate CHF 5.00 applies to orders under CHF 100.00.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR REST OF SWITZERLAND

Orders are generally shipped within 10 working days using La Poste standard delivery. Flat rate shipping fee of CHF 8.50 applies to all orders.

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Die Post/La Poste for our international delivery service. 

The shipping time depends on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yves & Betta is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and any customs charges or taxes on arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at yvesandbetta@protonmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
