1.2 Time Frame for Returns
Please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return

2.2 Return Authorization
Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process. Do not send the item back without prior authorization.
