1. How are Yves & Betta toys made?
All our toys are handcrafted, each toy is made by hand with love and attention to detail in our artisanal craft production in Geneva, Switzerland. Yves and Betta toys stand out due to unique know-how techniques we use to design, create and fabricate each textile artwork by hand: sewing, tailoing, embroidery, crochet, silk painting, macramé, knitting.
2. Are your toys safe for children?
Yes, safety is our top priority. Our toys undergo rigorous testing to meet safety standards. Our Basic collection is suitable for gentle play for ages 3 and up. The Basic collection is made using Swiss and EU cotton and hand embroidered, EU soft silk tulle, EU cotton and wool handknitted details on the bags, garments and the face. Each toy is fabricated from Swiss linen and is stuffed with hypo-allergenic stuffing. Every toy's garments are unique, tailormade for each model and always made in limited numbers.
All the toys are created, designed and fabricated by hand in Geneva, Switzerland.
3. Do you offer customization options for the toys?
We understand the importance of personalized touch, but we DON'T offer customization options for the moment. If you are interested in B2B cooperation, please check our B2B page and explore options for business clients since we propose unique customized solutions in limited editions for companies only.
4. What age group are your toys suitable for?
Our toys cater to a range of age groups. Each product description includes recommended age ranges to help you choose the perfect toy for your child. Please make attention in the section "Catalogue" (product description).
5. How are Yves & Betta toys packaged?
The toy arrives in a postal box, placed in the cream white textile sleeping bag and packaged with white or rose silk paper and the letterpress tag "fabrication artisanale" features the art of toy-making of your toy.
6. Are the clothes removable from the toy?
All garments are removable and the washable by 30 C temperature (hand wash only).
7. If an item says "Sold out", what does it mean and will you be restocking?
Each Yves and Betta toy is unique and once the model is sold out, that means we are in the process of making & restocking. We do restock regularly, and we are in the process of creating new designs - we suggest to sign up for the Newsletter & to follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest for updates on new designs and restocks.
8. Are all Yves & Betta toys the same and will the colors be the same as the photos?
Since our toys are handmade there are slight variations in details (eyes, bags). Each toy is an artwork and is unique. Please respect and understand the variations in colors and tone saturation on different screens, monitors and and smartphones. We tried to take different photos to convey the color and design of each toy in different lighting (natural, warm, cold).
9. Are the toys always available on stock or made-to-order?
We have a limited number always on stock, but most of our toys are made-to-order within 2 (two) weeks after receiving your order.
10. How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple! Just browse our online store, select the desired toys, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide shipping information and complete your purchase securely.
11. Can I visit offline Yves & Betta shop?
We are online shop only. Craft production in a technological area in Geneva is not adapted for business presence for customer visits.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
13. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an order information.
